1. What happens if I have trouble registering for a course?

2. What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the nature of the PDIS Course and the materials necessary to complete the course, we regretfully cannot provide a refund after the course materials have been shipped. Please be aware that all purchases of the PDIS Materials are final once a purchase is confirmed.

3. Tax implications
For all questions regarding personal deductions and tax implications related to this PDIS course, please consult your personal tax attorney or CPA.
4. How do I open my flash drive?
The flash drive you will receive is in the shape of a square. Hold onto the top and bottom of the flash drive and TWIST the top and bottom in opposite directions. The drive will then POP out and is ready to plug into a USB flash drive port. Please remember to “eject the drive” from your computer when finished using it to preserve the files.
5. What happens if I can’t open my flash drive files?
If you are unable to open the files on the flash drive (organized by day), please contact us for further support. firstname.lastname@example.org
